  • I've been asking some of the Pokemon Players about their extra ordinary experiences in playing Pokemon Go. And most of them were able to testify that hatching an egg can be done without leaving your house.

Well, when you are tired and getting lazy to walk you can try these things.

Just take note that there are some factors that it might not work for you, but it work for them. Like your phone, settings, GPS, location, and etc.

So this is not 100% guaranteed that it will work, but better try it anyway.

Here are the things I've collected from Pokemon Players.

    1. Putting your phone on a Turntable.

    2. Taping your phone on a Ceiling Fan.

    3. Tie your phone on a Bicycle Wheel.

    4. Put your phone in front of the Air Conditioner.

    5. Shake your phone (Upside Down).

Probably the movement of your phone, tricks the GPS and allow your Pokemon trainer to walk far away.

For the Air Conditioner, I just don't really know the reason. But one of my friend did it sometime and it work for him. Maybe the Pokemon trainer was getting cold and just walk away.

I hope one of these tips will work for you. Share us your experiences so we can add them on the list.

  • Just in case you missed the news, Nick Johnson of Brooklyn is considered as the first Pokemon Go Master after capturing all 145 Pokemons currently available in Pokemon Go.

He needs to travel around the World only to capture the last 3 rare pokemons.

The last pokemon was captured in Sydney, Australia.

He was able to capture all the 142 Pokemons available in US. And then Marriott Rewards and Expedia teamed up to sponsor the International quest.

Check the video below for more details.

  • Who would have ever thought that this is possible? An egg to defend the gym? Ridiculous right? Well this is something Niantic needs to fix now.

The main purpose of the egg is to produce Pokemon, however, some players are taking advantage of this bug. There are reports circulating around the web that some players manage to station an egg as gym leaders.

And once an egg goes up on the gym, it cannot be defeated or dethrone.

Have you experienced this kind of bug?

  • Have you ever wondered choosing an evolution of your Eevee? Many of Pokemon players only get a random evolution, but with these simple steps you can choose the evolution whether to Vaporeon, Jolteon or Flareon.

Steps to Evolve Eevee to your preference:

As we all know that we have 3 available (as of the moment) Pokémon evolution for Eevee, namely Jolteon, Flareon, and Vaporeon.

If you already have enough Eevee candies and you already have your preferred Pokémon (evolution). here's what you need to do.

You just have to put a nickname to the Eevee that you will evolve.

    • Pyro = Flareon
    • Sparky = Jolteon
    • Rainer = Vaporeon

Sound crazy right? but this works for me, I already got my Vaporeon, and will have to save more candies for Jolteon.

Some say that you have to restart your app first after renaming so the changes will take effect. As for my personal experience, I did not restart my app but it works.

Ready to Evolve your Eevee? let me know if this works for you.

Do you have another step to evolve your Eevee to your preference? let us know or do you still think that it's random? ;)

    Cheers,
    DotcomJay

  • There is no mercy now for cheaters. Niantic cracks down on Pokemon Go cheats with lifetime bans. So what is cheating? And how to determine if they are cheating?

There are two kinds of cheating I know in Pokemon Go that Niantic already banned the users.

    • GPS Spoofing
      • Where you can head up to other places without leaving in your house. This is an app where new menus will appear on your Pokemon Go once installed. Allowing you to change settings and choose to walk, bike, or drive without making a single step.
    • Using Bots and Tools
      • This a tool where player is capable of playing 24 hours a day without touching there phone.

As Niantic said: “Our goal is to provide a fair, fun and legitimate game experience for everyone. We will continue to work with all of you to improve the quality of the gameplay, including ongoing optimisation and fine-tuning of our anti-cheat system.”

But developers just can't play fair. They will just find a way to simplify the game by creating bots. (A Shortcut)

They are smart that they are able to do this, but a lot of people is disappointed and frustrated that they can no longer compete it.

So Niantic has started issuing legal warnings against the developers of these bots.

If you are using these kinds of cheats, expect that your account will be permanently banned.

  • Tips from an experienced Pokemon Player Fitzelgard Allan Gerard
Since a lot of people have been asking me this and requesting this. It's time to share my secret to faster leveling. And no it's not impossible to get to level 25 in 3 days time. Even so doing this at level 15 will skip you all the way to level 19 at best.

    1. Farm a lot of Pidgys, Ratatas, Weedles, Caterpies, Spearows. This is very important, you get 3 candies PER pokemon and 1 for recycling, so its a rule of thumb you keep your pokemon.

    2. Farm about 40 of each at best. You should have enough space considering trainer levels below 20 will only encounter 1-4 really rare pokemon in their journey.

    3. Use Excel or Notepad to keep track of your candies, this is important.

    4. Place eggs in incubator, keep them as when you walk around the house or so its still counted by the pedometer, so just keep track.

    5. Just before the eggs are about to hatch, use a lucky egg. This insures you get 2X the EXP when the egg hatches. Even more if you use portable incubators on 2KM eggs and they hatch the same time.

    6. While LuckyEgg is running, Quickly level up all your pidgeys, ratatas, weedles since they only cost 12 candies to level up. At this point you should have 200+

    7. Enjoy skipping 4-5 levels :)

    8. Don't forget to redeem the Pikachu coins when you conquer gyms. It's under Shop, top right corner, but redeem it only after you get as many gyms as you can so you get the maximum benefits from it. 10 coins and 500 stardust per gym. And limit is 10 gyms per player

PS : Process is done quicker if you use an incense. Do not waste your lucky eggs without this process.

    Evolve a Pokémon 500 XP
Evolve a Pokémon w/ Lucky Egg 1000 XP

    Hatch a Pokémon
    -2km 200 XP | 400 XP
    -5km 500 XP | 1000 XP
    -10km 1000XP | 2000 XP

100% the game will start throwing really good pokemon at you after level 20, repeat rinse until you're 25 so you can beat the gym cheaters.

  • Start saving your candies as these Pokemons are on there way to your Pokedex. As you may have notice that these Pokemons were not able to evolve in Generation 1. And one of them might be your favorite but could not evolve.

Hatching Pokemon Egg Chart for 2KM, 5KM and 10KM

    By : PokemonGoMasterx 0
  • Here are some useful tips for you to level faster and gain more XP:
    10. Egg Hatching Advise Speed Limit

I know you are waiting to hatch your eggs and probably get a rare Pokemon. Many of the players advises to stay at 10 MPH or slower to begin the hatch of your egg. This is important to avoid players from driving around and hatching all there eggs in a very short period of time.

Check our hatching egg chart for 2KM, 5KM and 10KM.

    9. Capture as Many Pokémon As You Can

I think I don't have to explain this. This is why you play the game. Just capture as many Pokemonas you can, this includes Pidgeys, Caterpies, Weedles, Drowzees, etc. Standard Pokeballs are relatively easy to come by especially when you are near the Pokestops.

    8. What is Footprints

Just in case you didn't notice, in the "Nearby Pokemon Chart" on the bottom right of your screen, the footprints below each Pokemon indicate how close that Pokemon is to your location.

Furthest away will display 3 footprints while 0 footprints mean that the Pokemon is right next to you. In addition, the Pokémon in the first position (top left) of the "Nearby Pokemon Chart" is actually the closest to your location.

    7. Don't Waste Stardust On Early Level

You will gain Stardust when you capture a Pokemon and hatch Eggs, you can use this to Power Up your Pokemon.

As per advised by experienced players of Pokemon, wait until you reach at least level 10 or much better level 20 before using it. And make sure that you use it on the right Pokemon which you plan to keep for a long run.

    6. Gain More Experience to Level Up

The Trainer Level is very important, because the higher your level the higher the CP of the Pokemon you will get.

Not to mention you will be able to capture Pokemon easily and be able to Power Up your Pokemon to higher CP Levels.

    5. Only Evolve High CP Pokemon

Starters always tend to commit this mistake. As they always evolve the lower CP and retain the higher CP of the Pokemon.

Well. it is best if a Pokemon's CP curve is almost at the end. So that the evolved form of a Pokemon will share the same type of CP curve. Essentially, this will result in less use of Stardust to maximize that evolved Pokemon's CP.

    4. Use Fast Moves & Avoid Dodging

Especially for lower CP Pokemon battles, you will want to mainly use your Pokemon's Fast Move to defeat your opponent as quickly as possible. While Dodge can be useful at times, generally will you want to avoid using it as it can be a waste of time (in most situations).

    3. Gym Levels & Prestige

When battling an enemy Gym you will want to use a Pokemon with slightly lower CP than that of your opponent. The more difficult the battle, the more Prestige you will gain for winning the battle. The Prestige gained between using a lower CP Pokemon vs. a higher one is very significant.

    2. Utilize the Curveball

Spinning the Pokeball before throwing it will give you an extra XP bonus (if the Pokemon is captured). The color of the ring determines the difficulty of the capture. From easiest to most difficult the colors are Green, Yellow, Orange and Red.

    1. Fast XP Trick

I didn't know if this when I first started, but it is now a common trick to gain XP quickly. Essentially save up as much as many Pidgeys, Caterpies and Weedles (and Candy) as you can. Next make sure you have a Lucky Egg (With doubles XP for a short period of time), which you will get as a Level Up reward after reaching Level 9.

With the Lucky Egg activated, evolve all of your Pokémon and enjoy double XP for each Pokémon that is evolved!

  • Who does not want Pikachu? I think most of us want Pikachu as a starting Pokemon. Well, if you did not install a Pokemon Go yet, you can have it.
Many people wish they knew this before they install the Pokemon Go.

At the beginning of the game, you will see Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle near your Trainer. Most player's are very excited to pick their first pokemon and pick their favorite according to their instincts.

However, if you want Pikachu to be your starting pokemon, follow the steps below:

    1. Ignore the Pokemons you see and just walk away from them instead of tapping one of them.

    2. Just keep on ignoring them until they will disappear and reappear again near your Trainer.

    3. Keep on doing this 4 times.

    4. Once done, just continue walking and on the 5th times, Pikachu will pop up on your map along with the other 3 starter Pokemons.

    5. Tap on Pikachu to start the encounter and throw a Pokeball to capture it.

Congratulations! You have captured a Pikachu!

Share this tips to those people who are still did not install the game.
