Spawns
Most of you just ignore Pidgeys / Rattatas / Zubats when you encounter them. Pidgeys and Rattatas are very useful for level up though.

Egg Hatch Speed Increased
When you start playing Pokemon Go you have to walk in a straight line and with the limit speed for the egg to hatch. It has been noted that distance it updated more frequently, meaning you don't have to walk in a straight line for it to be counted.
There are still variables that needs to be determined, but hopefully you can now jog, run, bike and more to hatch an egg.
